Educational Goals
Dental Pharmacology aims to provide the skills for proper clinical use of drugs by understanding the general principles of drug interaction based on basic medicine, (b) the pharmacological interaction of drugs with the autonomic nervous system, central nervous system, various organ functions, and neurotransmitters, and (c) the pharmacological mechanism, side effects, and toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents.
